What Good Habit(s) Do You Want to Develop?

Good habits actually help us manage life. We become satisfied because have a sense of accomplishment, being organized, and others view us as someone who has it all-together [even if we don’t].
Focus on a habit you can strive to implement in your life, something that isn’t too radical or too difficult to keep doing. For example, let’s say you want to quit smoking. Instead of going cold turkey, say that instead of smoking after every meal, you will do a crossword puzzle. Replacing a bad habit with a good one can help make the craving for the bad habit less painful. If you’d like to spend more time with your kids, instead of laying on the couch right after dinner, play a card game with them and when it’s their bed time you can spend your time with the couch.
Small steps are best and more successful, because we are creatures of habit and like to stick to what we know. So completely changing might seem adventurous, but that fire will die down and eventually the desire to add something new into our lives becomes reasons as to why we can focus on it anymore.
Good luck, I know you can do it! Find support my commenting below or talking to a friend who can give you words of motivation.
