Who Am I?

Looking in the mirror and you don’t even recognize yourself. Though you’re expecting others to recognize who you are. You’ve created this image for others to see your good qualities, so they can love you; give you affection, attention because you desperately crave it. Its a false sense of reality, because you still feel empty, even when you are receiving that love. Ultimately you need to see who you truly are. Everything about you needs to be seen by you: the good and the bad. When you accept these things, you’re more opened to having an unbiased opinion about yourself. Therefore you are more willing to change things that don’t resonate with your core.

This seems a bit harsh as I reread it. But we are harsh with our soul. We think that it needs to be fulfilled with outside things: people’s love, addictions, comforts, and anything that isn’t internal. What happens if you can’t achieve what you think makes you happy? You will live life miserably? No! Happiness is indeed a choice. Lifting our heads and choosing to live everyday is a miracle for many! Live true to who you are, and who are you? You are love. So emit that love everywhere, regardless if you think its deserving or not. Your light is the guiding star many people need. That is your purpose, to be you and forget the resentments, judgements, lack of dot dot dot. Its all laid out for you, just see love in yourself and those around you. Yes, it’s difficult, but don’t allow the ego to convince you its not worth it.

Where are My Blessings?

So you’ve asked the Universe for something? Did you prepared yourself to receive it? This is where persistence comes in; paired with determination and strategy. Sometimes we get what we’ve asked for and we are standing there staring at it and unable to do anything with it, because we weren’t prepared.

Here’s an example: A village was praying for rain, but it wasn’t coming. The village leader asks the gods, “Why aren’t we getting the rain?” The gods reply, “No one is carrying umbrellas.” The Universe has your best interest in mind. It knows you want rain, but it also knows that you aren’t prepared to receive it. What happens when the rain comes? You‘ll get wet, the long road home will become worse, then on top of it, you‘ll get sick.

With persistence, we believe that the blessing is coming, so we anticipate it by preparing our mind, body and spirit. Now with persistence and strategy, I’ll give you another story. You lose something. You keep looking for it, but then you‘re late for work. You leave, you go about your day and come back to look for it. You don’t go to the same spot to look for it, you look at the bigger picture by having a different perspective. It would be crazy to only look in that one spot where you thought you lost it. Do you get what I’m saying? That’s strategy and determination.

Ask with faith, prepare to receive and don’t give up. If something isn’t working one way, go about it another way. You will get what you want. The moment you want to give up, that‘s when its closer. The Universe takes care of its children, always.

Problems are temporary.

You can complain or conquer.

You choose who you are. I am a: Victim or a Victor.

The Universe is permanent, it's love and blessings are permanent.

Dwell your thoughts on the solution, not on your problems.

Its not about where you are, but where you want to go.

You can overcome this, you will overcome this, you are overcoming this!
